Who is Joyce Teo?
An authentic leader, Joyce Teo spent over a decade working at the intersection of clinical practice and the boardroom — first as an Optometrist and Ocularist, then as an advisor to founders, executives, and leadership teams across not just in Asia, but globally.
What she noticed in both worlds was the same pattern: capable people achieving visible success while quietly tolerating an internal misalignment they couldn't name alone. Her work is not therapy. It is not conventional coaching. It is structured, direct diagnosis — designed to surface the contradiction that is costing you clarity, credibility, or momentum.
With no prestigious family background, she built her own wealth and run multiple businesses. She has been married for nearly three decades and raised three young adults through it all. Joyce had made the mistakes, sat in the discomfort, and learned to call things what they are -- in her own life first. Now she do it for others.
As a coach, mentor and international speaker, Joyce works with a small number of clients at any one time, by application only.
