Who is this for?
Founders, executives, and senior professionals who are performing well externally but sensing something is fundamentally misaligned. You don't need to be in crisis. You need to be honest enough to admit something isn't working — and ready to look at what that is.
What happens on the discovery call?
It is not a sales call. I will ask you direct questions about what's not working and what you suspect is really going on. I will be honest about whether I think this work is right for you. If it isn't, I will tell you that too.
Do you work with teams or just individuals?
Primarily individuals. The Small Group Intensive brings together 8–16 carefully selected participants, but it is not a team-building exercise — each person does their own work. If you're looking for team alignment or organisational consulting, this is probably not the right fit.
What does it cost?
This is a premium engagement. Investment details are discussed after the discovery call, once we've established whether there's a genuine fit. I don't quote a number before that conversation -- the right structure varies by person and by engagement.
